How is it going? Things are going good here in Florida. I am loving the mission its crazy that i have so short left but things are good i am currently serving in Heine city its a little town next to Orlando it is interesting. i am serving with an elder named Sam packer he is cool he is from saint George we have fun. things are going good I'm still trying to learn Spanish (on the side) and i am still reading the scripture. so i put some pictures of the fun times on here. including our visit from good ole saint nick. well have fun and enjoy Christmas AND SEND LETTERS

hey so this is my follow up email since i didn't get the chance to Monday so I'm in temple terrace area(which is in Tampa right by bush gardens) we opened up the area this transfer so there isn't much going on here but its ok that just means we have an area we can work with and do what we think will work. my comp is form sandy area i know him previously from the mission so its no big change. well that's the big news updates for the week look forward to hearing from you soon

hey quick update I'm getting transferred to temple terrace its by the college in Tampa and I'm up to 76 ties now but i will tell you more tomorrow I'm gonna get back on tomorrow because i gotta lot of stuff i gotta do so i will email then

yeah it was actually cold in the church this week. we had an alright week me and my comp had some conflicts which in turn made me angry. but other than that it went well we had interviews with the mission president this week which was good. not a whole lot going on other than that transfers are this next Tuesday and we will no Saturday what is going on. well your awesome.

so not much new happened this week, we had the assistants come down for the day on Tuesday it was kinda weird, my companion got the good end he taught lessons and in turn the sent me tracting all day it was alright. we are finally getting new air conditioners after 3 weeks of being without them at church. oh i don't know if i told you someone stole the ac units from the church for all the copper it was crazy. well you awesome keep on keepin on

hey what is up tings are good for me just working hard. so we had a good week last week we found a few people who said they would listen to what we had to say so that is exciting. we are still having fun my companion got his first piece of mail it was funny to see him get it and remember when i got mail haha. well so i have a request me and nick are having a competition to see who can get the most ties before we come home do you think you could put up a tally i guess of our amounts on the blog??let me know if you can and ill get numbers for you well hey you are awesome

hey how you doing? things are going awesome for us my new companion is way cool he is from Utah and he is fresh out the mtc. we took him mountain biking today i don't think he is quite adjusted to the weather or riding yet we had some awesome wrecks. so things are good I'm excited for my year mark this week i don't think I'm gonna burn anything because that's a waste but we will have fun. well that's it for the week really we are teaching a good amount of lessons so elder Welsh can get practice.

hey what is crackin how was camp??

things are actually going really good for me I'm getting a ncompanion tomorrow straight outta the mtc I'm gonna train a greenie, the also called me as a district leader so my mind is kinda blown but it will be all good.

so this week was fun i gotta kick it old school and pull out a transmission it was awesome i definitely miss fixing and repairing cars.

well fourth of July was good the fireworks were show for our town was good it was about 400 feet from my apartment where they shot the off. so this week was good id say so ill send pictures hopefully in another email this computer doesn't have a slot to read my memory card so ill have to go to a different computer

hey whats going on i got your letter i appreciate it sorry i haven't wrote you back kinda an insane week ill explain

my companion got sent home early last week so I'm over a whole ward and I'm living with the elders from the other ward. its good and it will all work out i get a new companion next Tuesday. the biggest bummer is that i barely know the area.

so something cool that we did is that we went mountain biking this morning it was fun i got beet up bruised and blood but it was worth it my bike is a trooper ill send pictures in a separate email

so i just got the package you sent as i was emailing you how awesome is that you are awesome

Hey, Whats going on? Things are going pretty good for me. We are planning on having a baptism this Saturday. It is going to be awesome. Recently I've been pounding out the bible. I am gonna read the whole standard works in about 4 months. I am excited. The Old Testament is boring but it will be better. I do know how to sacrifice and build the tabernacle.

We had an awesome week. We had a lot happen. We taught a good amount of lessons and are planning a baptism for Friday.
We had a talent show where we did a really funny skit we also had a bunch of crazy stuff happen. its starting to rain daily now, its nice because it pours when it rains.
Well so right now is pretty good.

What is up? How you doin?
Things are going pretty good here. I am still in Lakeland with Elder Reimschussel. It's pretty fun serving with him. The only downer is I am stuck driving a dodge mini van ( I know, be grateful). So we are having to do a lot more tracking/street contacting than normal because we haven't been able to teach a lot of lessons. I've been reading out of the bible recently. I just finished the 4 gospels. It's cool reading about Christ's earth life and all the miracles he did.I was also showed a funny scripture recently. (Job 7:13-14) 13: When I say, my bed shall comfort me, my couch shall ease my complaints; 14: Then thou scarest me with dreams, and terrified me through visions:
It looks like Job was either scared of the dark or naps. I thought that was pretty funny. Well man, I know the Church is true and God loves all of us and the atonement is real and individual. I say this in Jesus name amen

where did February go your telling me its kinda weird living in 6 week periods, thanks for wishing me happy b-day (tomorrow) its pretty crazy that I'm 20.

I'm sorry i don't send updates to often. well my update for today is I'm staying in lakeland with Chizz. Not a whole lot of other stuff is going on ill write a letter with all that info that you want in it. one want i have is a book called believing Christ and a primary song book I'm still trying to learn the piano i have gotten better i can play love one another. It's pretty cool

what is up the mission is awesome we baptized a nice Nicaraguan lady this weekend her name is flora i may have told you about her she is the very sick lady she has tons of illnesses ill tell you more about them in a letter.

yeah it was chilly week it was the coldest Florida has been in 10 years. it was awesome for us but crappy for Florida's citrus and every thing.

i got the package it was awesome i wasn't expecting it i haven't been getting letters or anything then i get a package. well hey ill shoot you a letter i got like 1 more stamped envelope with a stamp to you guys

Things are going good with me we have interviews this week and next week we have mission tour which is a member of the seventy coming to the mission.
The work has been kinda slow we have had some weather problems and illnesses but its all cool. well have fun

Letters to home

Hey mom,

So this transfer I'm gonna try to start some new things.

#1 I'm gonna try to write in my Journal regularly.

#2 I'm gonna try to write more letters to home and people who I want to write.

#3 Start a photo album

#4 Read the scriptures more effectively and start to mark them up.

Well so things are pretty good. Missionary work is going pretty good. The Stake President in this area is really starting to encourage the bishops to encourage the ward and is having them be accountable to come up with some names for us. Our most positive investigators name is Flora.She is a little Nicaraguan lady. She is severely itt. She has loopus and other diseases that has triggered but she is interviewed and ready to be baptized.

Well on thing I want to ask you is for some help. I'm gonna start putting together an album . Will you try to accumulate some pictures of family, friends, spaz, interesting stuff, ward, Christmas, house and send them to me or have people. I'm gonna start asking others as well.

Well I drew the pictures last year before Christmas and didn't want to stand in line to send them.I drew the temple one for you and Dad. The other three you get to pick who gets them out of the kids. Well Read 3Nephi 9:15-18 and know that Christ loves us.

What's up? How are things? How is school? Hopefully you are all still going and working hard. How has it been going to church? I bet it's weird not having Sundays to goof around.

Well the mission is going good. I just hit 6 months in the mission. It's pretty weird to think I have been away from the wonderful town of Magna for so long.

So right now I am serving in the Lakeland ward which is in the centerish of Florida. I am serving with my MTC companion Elder Reimschussel. We have some cool people we are working with. Our main person is Flora. Se is a Nicaraguan lady. She is ready to be baptised but she is very sick. I'm pretty sure after she gets dunked, so will her husband.

Well, I drew the picture for Christmas/fun but I tried to ship them and didn't want to waste time sitting in line so, take care of them. Get a dollar and go buy a frame.

Ok so go grab your bible go to 2 Samuel 12:7, read the first sentence, replace Nathan with Elder Watson and David with His Dad. Pops, Thou art the man. Well I thought that was funny/fun. Well I'm enjoying myself working out here in Lakeland Florida, with Elder Reimschussel. We are living in an awesome apartment. It is actually a home. We have a nice lake view with tons of wildlife which is very common in Florida. For example, two seconds ago my companion opened up our sliding glass door and out popped a 1 inch long roach. The ward here is good. They have a weight gain calendar for Elder Watson. They send around in Relief Society Ha Ha.

Well I drew the Temple in about September not knowing your interest in the church then I found out and decided that I would send it to you and mom for a reminder of whats next but it kept getting put off until now. Hope you enjoy.

Well have to end on a serious note. In D&C 121: Joseph Smith is asking why so many trials are put upon him. This is while he is liberty jail. The Lord responds in section 122 in the end of verse 7 it says, "All experiences will be for your good". I know that the Lord will always be there to love us and Christ is always there to extend his arm for support.

yeah I'm glad you are enjoying normal life. it will have an impact on you for the rest of your life. (ya think he has heard that line a few times)? ha ha its cool.

I've been slacking on writing allot of people. Christmas was good I just hung out all day and watched movies. We watched wall-e and hoodwinked then we went home and slept. You know normal me.

This ward feeds us they have a meal calender they send around every Sunday and people sign up to feed us I think this ward is gonna make me gain weight. ha ha.
